Lan Le currently serves as the Global Head of People Development and Regional Learning and Development Lead for Asia at Royal De Heus since April 2020. Prior to this role, Lan Le was the Learning and Development Manager cum HRBP Manager at Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Vietnam from July 2018 to April 2020. Previous experience includes positions as an HR Consultant for Organizational Effectiveness and Organizational Development at ADP Architects, and as Leadership and Learning Manager cum Senior HR Business Partner at Intel Corporation, where Lan Le managed strategic HR projects and internal communication efforts. Early career experience includes a role as Communications Coordinator at Oriflame. Lan Le holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from S. Rajaratnam School of International Relations, NTU in Singapore, and a Bachelor’s degree in English Linguistics & Literature from the National University of Social Sciences & Humanities.
