Chris Wagner

Chris Wagner has extensive experience in various leadership roles in the fields of commercial real estate investment, health commodities, and energy drinks. Chris currently serves as the President of MNRL Properties, a commercial real estate investment firm focused on growth and value creation. In this role, they utilize a strategic approach to acquire, manage, and optimize properties while capitalizing on emerging market opportunities.

Prior to their current position, Chris held the role of President in other companies such as MacroCap Labs Inc, RAZE Energy, NutraKey, and Repp Sports. In these roles, they exhibited strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the industries they operated in. Lastly, they worked as an Investment Coordinator at DMX Ent Inc Realestate, where they sourced tax distressed properties, conducted research, evaluated purchases, and marketed to investors.

Chris Wagner attended Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University from 2006 to 2008, studying Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering Technology/Technician. From 2006 to 2009, they also studied Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at Daytona State College.
