Tom Kiningham has a diverse work experience in the field of quality and compliance. Tom began their career at Maybelline, a division of L'Oreal USA, where they worked as a QA Manager from 1991 to 2000. Tom then joined Piedmont Laboratories as a Technical Director, overseeing various departments and managing environmental and regulatory affairs. From 2005 to 2007, they served as the Director of Operations at P-3 Laboratories. In 2008, they joined Valentine Enterprises, Inc. as the Director of Compliance, where they led the company towards compliance with FDA regulations and managed an in-house analytical laboratory.
