Heidi Avila

Heidi Avila has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Heidi began their career in 2009 as a Cultural Representative at The Walt Disney Company, where they worked until 2010. Following that, they worked as a waitress at Peppes Pizza from 2011 to 2012. In 2012, Heidi joined Academic Work as a Staffing and Recruitment Assistant, a role they held until 2014. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as an HR Consultant at Statnett SF. In 2017, Heidi joined NutraQ as an HR Consultant and worked in that position until 2020. Heidi then progressed to the role of HR Business Partner at NutraQ from 2020 to 2021. Currently, Heidi is working as an HR Manager for Norway and Finland at NutraQ.

Heidi Avila holds a Master's degree in Organisasjonsledelse from the University of Oslo (UiO). Heidi also obtained a Bachelor's degree in HRM from Kristiania University College. In addition to their academic qualifications, Heidi has certifications in "Personlighets- og verditester" from cut-e norge as, which they obtained in November 2017. Heidi also holds certifications in "Evne- og ferdighetstester" from the same institution.
