Mathieu Perrault

Mathieu Perrault currently serves as Chargé de Développement et Formulation at Nutribio (Coopérative Sodiaal) since December 2019, having previously held the role of Technicien recherche et développement. Prior experience includes working as a diététicien nutritionniste sportif at Pharmacie Cayeux and participating in various internships and educational roles related to dietetics, including stints at the Centre Hospitalier de Lens and the Fondation Hopale. Mathieu has also contributed as an intervenant en diététique for USBCO, focusing on nutritional education for athletes. Educational qualifications include a Licence professionnelle in Agro-industrie from Université d'Artois and a degree in Dietetics from EDNH, along with a scientific baccalauréat from Lycée Eugène Woillez.
