Fernando Gaol has extensive experience in operations management, quality assurance, and supply chain analysis, demonstrated through various roles in notable companies. At Traco Manufacturing Inc, Fernando launched the first quality department and developed key operational processes. As Operations Manager at F-MATIC Inc, Fernando managed multiple departments and implemented change management initiatives. In subsequent roles, including Operations Director at QuickFresh, Fernando designed effective logistics strategies resulting in increased customer loyalty, and as Production Planning Manager at Lakanto, Fernando oversaw supply chain operations for a significant product line, achieving substantial waste reduction.
