Cathy Cook is an accomplished Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in organizational change management and project execution across various sectors. At Nutrien since May 2024, Cathy leads complex digital transformation finance projects, managing cross-functional teams and developing organizational change management plans. Previously at ENMAX, Cathy established an Organizational Change Management Framework and provided support for numerous projects, enhancing stakeholder engagement and process adoption. Prior roles include Project Manager for the City of Lethbridge's Digital Customer Experience Program, Business Coach and Marketing Consultant, and Festival Director for Alberta's largest wine and food festivals.
