Dana Hanson

Dana Hanson is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and labor relations. Currently serving as Senior Manager and HR Business Partner at Nutrien since January 2018, Dana leads a dedicated HR team and contributes to the senior leadership team. Previous roles include Interim Director of Labour Relations, where Dana successfully negotiated collective agreements and built strong relationships with union leaders, and Senior Human Resources Advisor, providing vital expertise in various HR functions. Dana began a career in HR at PotashCorp as a Human Resources Supervisor and held positions at Saskatoon Health Region and Innovation Place, focusing on labor relations, performance management, and recruitment. Dana holds a Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan, specializing in Human Resources and Psychology.
