Devin Hinz, P.Eng, currently serves as a Mill Reliability Engineer and previously held the role of Mill Maintenance Engineer at Nutrien since August 2022. Prior to this, Devin worked as a Process Engineer at K+S Potash Canada from May 2020 to August 2022, focusing on mill performance monitoring, technical troubleshooting, process improvement projects, and metallurgical analysis. Devin's earlier experience includes an internship as a Performance Engineer at SaskPower, where responsibilities involved online plant monitoring, performance testing, and equipment calibration. Devin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan, earned in 2020.
