Dexter Duff

Dexter Duff is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in maintenance and reliability engineering within the chemical industry. Currently serving as Sr. Manager, Maintenance & Reliability at Nutrien since June 2023, Dexter previously held the position of Engineering Manager at KIK Corporation from September 2022 to June 2023. Dexter's career includes significant roles at OCI Beaumont LLC from October 2013 to June 2022, where responsibilities ranged from Reliability Engineering Manager to various superintendent positions overseeing urea and nitric acid plants. Prior to that, Dexter worked at PCS Nitrogen Trinidad Ltd for over 15 years, attaining positions such as Asset Integrity Engineer and Project Engineer. Dexter holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus.
