Jean Bourque is an experienced payroll professional with a robust background in managing payroll operations across multiple countries. Currently serving as Global Payroll Director at Nutrien since October 2019, Jean oversees payroll functions for the US, Canada, Trinidad, Australia, and beyond, while applying industry best practices. Prior experience includes a significant role at Rolls-Royce where Jean managed payroll for North America, overseeing multiple teams and supporting HRIS operations.
