Jeff Pope

Jeff Pope has extensive experience in instrumentation and control systems, currently serving as an Instrumentation Specialist at Nutrien since November 2014. In this role, Jeff was the principal author of Nutrien's first ICS cybersecurity program for the nitrogen and phosphate business unit, developing procedures for ICS risk assessment, lifecycle management standards, and design standards. Previously, Jeff worked as an I&C Specialist, focusing on I&C support and Mechanical Integrity for Agrium's North American Terminals and the Vanscoy Potash mine, with a primary emphasis on the design and management of Safety Instrumented Systems and other safety-critical instruments. Jeff's career began at Agrium in March 2009 as a Canadian Terminals Instrumentation Technician, where foundational skills were developed.
