Jenna Doering

Jenna Doering is an experienced mining and operations professional with a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology. Currently serving as Mine Services Superintendent at Nutrien since March 2012, Jenna has successfully managed multiple site projects, including dewatering and earthen dam construction, while also preparing mine plans and providing training on an Oracle-based system. Prior to this role, Jenna held positions at Lafarge North America and Martin Marietta Materials, where responsibilities included plant management, operations analysis, and project management for various minerals facilities, demonstrating strong leadership in safety practices and budget management throughout a career spanning nearly two decades in the industry.
