John Dodge

John Dodge has extensive experience in maintenance planning and operations, currently serving as a Maintenance Planner, Scheduling & MM Supervisor at Nutrien since 2012. In this role, John oversees equipment, parts, work orders, capital projects, continuous improvement, reliability, and budgets, while also providing electrical and DCS support. Prior to this, John was a Plant Supervisor at Nova Brik from 2010 to 2011 and again from 1993 to 2007, demonstrating strong leadership and team motivation skills in overseeing plant operations. John's earlier experience includes serving as a Cannon Crew Member in the US Army from 2007 to 2009, where responsibility included maintenance of various systems in adherence to OSHA regulations.
