John Sundquist

John Sundquist has extensive experience in the potash fertilizer industry, currently serving as General Manager at Nutrien since April 2018, where responsibilities include ensuring safe production of potash fertilizer. Prior to this role, John held multiple positions at Agrium from December 2013 to February 2016, including Mill Manager, where oversight of all aspects of potash milling was a primary responsibility. Additional roles at Agrium encompassed Senior Supervisor of Engineering, EHS & Reliability Manager, Mine Maintenance Superintendent, and Operations Manager, including a temporary assignment as Acting Mine Manager overseeing the safe production of ore from an underground potash mine. John Sundquist earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan between 1996 and 2001.
