Kyle Penner, MASc, P.Eng, is a seasoned mining engineer with extensive experience in the industry. Since February 2017, Kyle has served as the Chief Mine Engineer at Nutrien. Previously, Kyle was employed at PotashCorp from May 2010 to February 2017, where roles included Mine Engineer and Mining Engineering EIT. Early career experience includes a position as a Mining Engineering Coop Student at Teck Resources Limited in 2009 and multiple coop roles at Xstrata Copper and Elk Valley Coal from 2007 to 2008. Kyle holds a Master of Applied Science in Mining Engineering from Queen's University and a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering from the University of Alberta.
