Leif Carlson

Leif Carlson is a seasoned professional in sustainability governance and stakeholder intelligence, currently serving as Manager at Nutrien since September 2020. With a robust background in risk analysis, Leif held the position of Lead Risk Analyst at PDC Energy, Inc. from January 2018 to May 2020. Prior to that, multiple roles such as IT Program Manager, Senior Business Analyst, and Business Analyst were undertaken at Noble Energy from September 2013 to December 2017. Earlier experience includes working as a Senior Consultant at DXC Technology, a Public Information Intern/Project Communications Coordinator at the Regional Transportation District, and a Business Analyst/Project Management Intern at Newmont Mining Corporation. Leif also contributed to the United States Mint as a Program Assistant and served as a Firefighter for the United States Forest Service. Leif holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts in International/Global Studies, along with an MBA in International Business from the University of Denver and the University of Colorado Denver.
