Lori Free is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and organizational development. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent Acquisition & Culture at Nutrien since August 2010, Lori has held several leadership roles within the company, including Vice President of Talent & Organizational Development and Senior Director of Equity, Diversity & Inclusion. Prior to Nutrien, Lori was the Senior Talent Attraction Manager at KPMG, where leadership encompassed the Canadian Talent Attraction Team for Advisory Services and National Tax. Lori also managed talent acquisition at Suncor Energy, where key achievements included the development of standardized recruitment processes. Additional experience includes leading recruitment initiatives at Brewers Distributor Ltd. and providing HR management consulting services from 1999 to 2003. Lori holds a Certified Coach Practitioner designation from the Certified Coaches Federation and a degree from Western University.
