Mark German is an experienced HR leader with a strong background in talent acquisition, HR shared services, and technology. Currently serving as the Leader of the HR Solution Center at Nutrien since September 2022, Mark previously held roles such as Director of HR Shared Services and Technology at United Health Services, and Director of Talent Acquisition at GLOBALFOUNDRIES, where expertise included supporting diverse manufacturing and corporate functions. Additional experience includes leading a global shared services center at Walmart and directing talent acquisition at The Aerospace Corporation. Mark holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from Dallas Baptist University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Portland State University.
