Men Yi L., PMP, serves as the Senior Digital Communications Advisor for Brand and Culture Communications at Nutrien since March 2021, focusing on global digital communications that enhance employee experiences and foster connections. With prior experience as the Digital Communications Advisor in the same department, Men Yi built and maintained internal communication platforms that supported organizational belonging. Before joining Nutrien, Men Yi held various managerial roles within the Government of Alberta, including overseeing digital strategies for the Alberta Public Service and driving diversity and inclusion initiatives. Men Yi's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Alberta and certifications in Digital Marketing and Project Management from NAIT.
