Mike Nemeth, P.Ag. is a seasoned professional in agricultural and environmental sustainability, currently serving as Senior Manager at Nutrien since January 2020. Previously, Mike held the role of Director of Environment and Sustainability at WaterSMART Solutions Ltd. from July 2011 to January 2020, where responsibilities included managing Watershed Management and Agri-food business strategies, overseeing financial performance, and leading water stewardship initiatives for various private and public sector clients. Mike's experience also encompasses roles as an Environmental Specialist and Project Specialist, focusing on sustainable resource development and stakeholder relations. Holding a Master of Science in Physical Geography (Hydrology) and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science with Distinction from the University of Lethbridge, Mike possesses a strong academic foundation complemented by diverse project management expertise in water resource modeling and research.
