Mitchell McHale

Mitchell McHale, MBA, SCMP, has extensive experience in procurement and operations management, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Procurement Operations and Nitrogen Canada at Nutrien since January 2020. Prior to this role, Mitchell held various managerial positions at Syncrude Canada Ltd. from January 2013 to December 2019, overseeing materials turnarounds and major projects. Earlier career roles included Procurement Manager at Helifor Industries Limited and Project Manager at Coast Valley Contracting Ltd., as well as a Pipefitter at the District of West Vancouver. Academically, Mitchell holds an MBA in Business/Managerial Economics from Athabasca University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Corporate Finance from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, along with a Financial Management Diploma and the Canadian Securities Course.
