Randy Ball

Randy Ball is an experienced professional with a focus on emergency preparedness and training in safety operations, currently serving as the Emergency Response Coordinator and Security Supervisor at Nutrien since August 2011. In this role, Randy oversees first aid training and emergency response operations, ensuring comprehensive preparedness on site. Additionally, as a Trainer III, Randy delivers training programs for both surface and underground employees. Prior to Nutrien, Randy worked at Trans-Care Rescue from March 2005 to August 2011, specializing as a trainer in various firefighting techniques and safety protocols. Randy holds two Adult Education Certificates, one from St. Francis Xavier University and another from the Canadian College of Educators, as well as training from the North Corman Park Firefighting School.
