Ross Sparkman

Ross Sparkman is an AI workforce transformation and planning expert with over two decades of experience in human resources and workforce strategy at leading companies such as Meta, LinkedIn, and GE. Currently, Ross serves as the Head of Workforce Planning at Nutrien, where they lead initiatives to integrate advanced technologies and AI into the workforce. Previously, Ross held senior roles at Walmart and Nike, where they developed data-driven workforce strategies and transformed organizational capabilities. Ross holds an MBA from Temple University’s Fox School of Business, an MA in Human Relations from The University of Oklahoma, and is pursuing an MSc in Data Science from Northwestern University. They are also the author of the book "Strategic Workforce Planning: Developing Optimized Talent Strategies for Future Growth."
