Scott Pearson

Scott Pearson, P.Eng, is an experienced engineering professional specializing in project management within the resources sector. Currently serving as a Portfolio Manager and previously as a Senior Project Engineer at Nutrien since January 2018, Scott has honed skills in managing key projects with an emphasis on safety and cost-efficiency while collaborating with site stakeholders. Prior roles include Senior Project Manager and Project Manager at Nutrien, where responsibilities encompassed developing project deliverables and managing the Capital Project Management process. Prior to Nutrien, Scott worked as a Project Coordinator at PotashCorp, overseeing project implementation from feasibility to commissioning, and as a Junior Mechanical Engineer at Amec Foster Wheeler, participating in multiple significant projects. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Technology from Saskatchewan Polytechnic.
