Terri MacLeod

Terri MacLeod currently serves as the Senior Director of Procurement for Nitrogen & Phosphate at Nutrien, leading category management and operations procurement since February 2024. Prior to this role, Terri held multiple senior positions at Suncor Energy from 2008 to 2023, including Senior Director of Procurement and GM of Supply Chain Shared Services, where responsibilities encompassed centralized contracting, procurement, and supply chain strategy development. With expertise in procurement processes and operations, Terri successfully led significant projects, including integration efforts between Suncor and PetroCanada, and enhanced efficiency through automation initiatives. Additionally, Terri operated a custom blanket and bedding business, Yummystyle, prior to rejoining Suncor in various capacities focused on process improvement and ERP implementation. Terri holds a BA in Economics from Queen's University, an MBA in Finance from the University of Calgary, and has participated in executive education at Harvard Business School. Recognized in 2020 as one of the Top 100 Women in Supply Chain, Terri exemplifies leadership and innovation in supply chain management.
