John Kruchinsky

John Kruchinsky has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. John is currently the Director of Partner Support at ColdTrack, previously known as NutriFresh, where they have been working since 2023. Before that, they served as the Head of Customer Support at Santa Inc from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Customer Service at LASHIFY from 2020 to 2021 and as the Director of Customer Service at Auto Rim Shop from 2019 to 2020. From 2018 to 2019, they held the position of Director of Customer Experience at Nutrafol. Earlier in their career, they served as the Director of Client Services at Moda Operandi, holding both senior and director-level roles from 2015 to 2018. John also worked as a Customer Success Manager at Brickwork in 2014. Before that, they gained sales and customer care experience at NET-A-PORTER GROUP LTD from 2010 to 2014, where they were a Sales and Customer Care Trainer and Specialist. Additionally, they served as the Director/Production Coordinator at STS Student Travel Schools from 2009 to 2010 and as a Litigation Assistant at Viacom from 2008 to 2009.

John Kruchinsky attended Adelphi University from 2004 to 2007, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication and Media Studies.
