National Manager/Director of IT at ColdTrack (fka NutriFresh)

Robert Smith has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Robert started their career as a Cashier at Pathmark Stores, Inc. from May 2005 to September 2007, where they provided customer service and performed cashier duties.

Robert then interned as a Telecommunications Intern at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center from May 2008 to September 2008.

Afterward, they worked as a Package Handler at FedEx Ground from June 2008 to September 2009, where they were responsible for handling packages.

Robert then joined FedEx Freight as a Dockworker and Forklift Operator from June 2011 to June 2013. In this role, they loaded and unloaded packages, performed freight handling, verified documentation, and secured freight inside trailers.

Robert later worked at WB MASON COMPANY as an Inventory Control from June 2013 to January 2016.

Next, they joined DSV - Global Transport and Logistics and held multiple roles including Customer Service Representative from July 2016 to January 2018, WMS Troubleshooter from January 2018 to August 2018, and System Engineer from August 2018 to June 2021. As a System Engineer, they troubleshooted warehouse management systems and as a Customer Service Representative, they provided support to customers.

Most recently, Robert has been working at ColdTrack (fka NutriFresh) since June 2021. Robert started as an IT Manager and progressed to Assistant Director of IT in August 2022. Currently, they hold the position of National Manager/Director of IT.

Robert Smith's education history includes obtaining a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Rutgers University - Newark from 2007 to 2015. Prior to that, they earned a High School Diploma from Edison High School, which they attended from 2002 to 2006.
