Karri Suchland, PHRca, is the Director of People and Compliance at Nutrishare, where they lead human resources initiatives focused on aligning HR strategies with business objectives while enhancing employee satisfaction. Previously, they served as an HR Manager at Blossom Ridge Home Health and Hospice, managing various HR operations, resolving complex employee relations issues, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
