Dheeraj Gupta has been working in the operations field since 2012. Dheeraj started their career as an Assistant Manager at Deep Spares Pvt. Ltd., where they were responsible for procurement from suppliers and inventory balancing and excess stock liquidation. In 2015, they moved to Orange Etokri India Pvt Ltd as an Operations Manager, where they were responsible for last mile logistics to assure timely delivery of orders. In 2017, they joined Pepwash Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as a Sr. Operations Manager, where they managed daily ops and accounting across 8 stores across Pune and ensured on-time pickup/deliveries as per SLA with quality service. In 2018, they joined NutriTap as a Lead Operations & New Initiatives, where they reduced average contract expenses by 7.68% through aggressive negotiations with vendors. In 2021, they moved to Yourmeds.in as the Head Of Operations. Currently, they are working at NutriTap as an Enterprise Business.

Dheeraj Gupta obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College, Ludhiana between 2008 and 2012.
