Ericka Rivera

Ericka Rivera has over a decade of experience in the tourism and travel industry, currently serving as a Documentation specialist at Nutrition Formulators, Inc. since June 2020. Previously, Ericka held roles in product and marketing at Proland Travel from 2017 to June 2020, and at Blanco International Service, Inc. from 2015 to 2017. Notably, Ericka was the Product Manager for Central America and the Caribbean at Operadora Punta del Este from April 2011 to July 2015, contributing to the company's growth in various markets, including the Caribbean and the American market. Prior positions include Branch Manager at Havanatur México and roles in sales and operations at Sol y Son Mexico. Ericka holds a degree in Tourism, Hospitality, and Gastronomy from Instituto Politecnico Nacional, obtained between 1996 and 2001.
