David Posner

David Posner is the co-chair of the board and director at Nutritional High. Prior to this, they worked as a senior manager for inclusion and diversity at Cisco Systems from April 2010 to September 2016. In this role, they were responsible for driving maturity of inclusion and diversity at Cisco Systems and improving demographic and voice-of-employee data to pinpoint solutions to hotspot organizations. From January 1999 to December 2010, Posner worked at Cisco as a talent resource manager.

David Posner's educational career began with undergraduate studies at the University of Pennsylvania. David then went on to complete a Ph.D. in Evolution & Ecology at the University of California, Davis. After obtaining their Ph.D., David Posner pursued a certification in Program in College Teaching from the same institution. In addition, they hold a certification from the Co-Active Training Institute as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC).
