Pedro Bacelar has a diverse background in various roles and industries. Pedro began their career in 2008 as an Assessor at an auction house, where they organized auctions and successfully sold high-value works of art and antiques. In 2017, they transitioned into the legal field as a Trainee Lawyer, completing a two-year internship that included classroom instruction and practical experience.

In 2018, Pedro joined Nutrium as a Business and Legal Advisor. In this role, they negotiated partnerships, drafted commercial agreements, and addressed intellectual property issues. Pedro also developed and implemented procedures and strategies related to data protection and cybersecurity. Pedro then advanced to the position of Project Manager, where they analyzed business opportunities and negotiated strategic partnerships. Pedro also managed and coordinated Nutrium's stake in the Horizon 2020 project PROTEIN.

With their demonstrated skills and expertise, Pedro was promoted to Partnerships Manager in 2020. In this role, they implemented formal methodologies for process improvement, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting systems. Pedro successfully managed key partnerships and played a vital role in the recruitment process. Currently, Pedro holds the position of Chief of Staff at Nutrium, where they continue to contribute and provide strategic support to the company.
