NutriXQ is a pioneering nutrition consultancy that bridges neuroscience and personalized wellness strategies. We address the critical gap between nutritional knowledge and sustainable implementation through our evidence-based four-intelligence framework.

Our Mission
We empower high-performing professionals to optimize their health and cognitive performance by developing comprehensive Nutritional Intelligence, moving beyond generic dietary advice to create personalized, brain-based nutrition strategies.

The NutriXQ Approach
Clinical practice, extensive research experience and personal consulting work, reveals why intelligent professionals struggle with nutrition despite extensive knowledge. Our proprietary assessment identifies four critical intelligence types:

• Nutritional IQ: Evidence-based food science knowledge
• Emotional EQ: Managing the mind-food connection
• Social SQ: Navigating social eating environments
• Adaptive AQ: Building resilience in changing circumstances

Who We Serve
We specialize in working with accomplished professionals who demand science-backed solutions: C-suite executives, healthcare professionals, entrepreneurs, working parents, and high-performance athletes seeking to bridge the knowledge-action gap in nutrition.

Our Methodology
Through comprehensive intelligence profiling and personalized strategy development, we create sustainable nutrition systems that enhance performance, energy, and well-being without restrictive approaches or overwhelming protocols.
