Andy Jensen

Andy Jensen is the current Head of Operations at Nutshell. Prior to their current position, Jensen served as the VP of Operations at Clinc, Inc. from June 2019 to April 2021 and at Trove AI from June 2017 to May 2019. At Clinc, Jensen oversaw HR & Recruiting, IT, Facilities, Purchasing, and the company's equity management. Andy's primary accomplishments included completing a SOC II audit, establishing processes around recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding, training managers on effective techniques to support their direct reports, establishing and operating Clinc's weekly all-hands meeting to improve communication while working remotely (COVID), and overseeing the construction project of a new Clinc HQ in downtown Ann Arbor.

At Trove AI, Jensen oversaw and developed a variety of non-engineering functions including customer service, human resources, security and privacy compliance, vendor and contractor relationships. Andy's team was responsible for the daily operations of the business. Andy's biggest accomplishments at Trove included getting the company through a SOC II audit, developing GDPR stance and setting up programs for employee development and performance management.

Andy Jensen went to Cumberland Valley High School and then New College of Florida.

They work with Chris Cain - VP of Product Development, Katherine Mays - VP of Customer Experience, and Ben Goldstein - VP of Marketing. Their manager is Andy Fowler, CEO & Co-Founder.
