Irfaan Balim

Irfaan Balim holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Business Management from the University of South Africa. Currently serving as the Head of Risk at Nutun, Irfaan has made significant contributions to the company since July 2023, leading to a promotion to oversee the Risk portfolio for Nutun Holdings Limited within 18 months. Prior to this role, Irfaan co-founded PSB Accounting Services, providing advisory services, bookkeeping, compliance, reporting, and business management consulting from December 2018 to May 2025. Irfaan has also held key positions such as Group Internal Audit Manager at GBS and Financial Manager at Recharger Prepaid Electricity Meters, and acquired extensive experience in auditing and management roles at GCA Accountants and Auditors Inc. and SPN Auditors & Accountants Inc. Throughout a professional journey that began in February 2009 with SAICA articles, Irfaan has developed a comprehensive skill set in accounting, auditing, and risk management.
