Nerika Pillay

Nerika Pillay is an experienced Account Executive at Nutun since October 2023, previously serving as Head of Customer Collections at CEC from January 2022 to June 2023. Prior to this role, Nerika held various management positions at Cell C, including Senior Collections Manager from October 2013 to December 2021. Nerika's career began at MBD Credit Solutions Pty Ltd., where a range of roles, such as National Quality Manager and Branch Manager, were undertaken from August 2003 to September 2013. Nerika's education includes a degree in Digital Transformation from GIBS Business School in 2021, a Data Analytics certification from the University of Cape Town in 2020, and a Bachelor of Technology in Business Administration from the Durban University of Technology, completed in 2013. Additionally, coursework in Credit Skills and Management was completed at the University of Stellenbosch in 2011.
