Sureka Ramrathan possesses extensive experience in customer service and team leadership roles across various companies. Beginning at CCI South Africa from March 2014 to July 2018, Sureka held positions as a customer service and sales agent, trainer, and team leader. Following this, from September 2018 to October 2020, Sureka worked at iSON Xperiences as a campaign coach and team lead, focusing on call listening and team leadership in customer services. Currently, at Nutun since May 2021, Sureka serves as a team leader and Quality and Insights Business Lead. Additionally, Sureka is pursuing further education at Seta, working towards an NQF level 4 degree in Contact Centre since 2015.
