Head of Operations

Triven Padayachee has extensive experience in customer care and operations, beginning as a Customer Care and Collections Agent at Daly Credit Corporation from February 2008 to February 2009. Triven then advanced through various roles at Transaction Capital Recoveries from March 2009 to October 2012, including Customer Care and Debt Collection Agent, Dialler Specialist, Call Center Supervisor, Dialler Administrator, and Call Center Manager for Australian offshore collections and customer service. After a campaign closure due to COVID-19, Triven relocated to Johannesburg and took on multiple leadership roles at Nutun, including Head of Operations, Operations Manager, and Senior Operations Manager, from April 2025 to November 2024. Triven holds several certifications, including a Fire Fighting Certificate from Action Training Academy, a Supervisory Development Program Certificate from TCR, and a Dialler Administration Certificate from Noble University, along with a Grade 12 education from Westham Secondary.
