Manish Singh

Manish Singh has extensive work experience in quality assurance, release management, and digital transformation. Manish currently holds the role of QA & Release Lead - Business Transformation at Nuuday, where they are responsible for managing end-to-end quality, release, and performance of large business and IT transformations. Prior to this, Manish worked at Tata Consultancy Services for over 15 years, holding various positions such as Digital Transformation Lead, Quality Assurance Manager, Engagement Manager, Quality Assurance Specialist, Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, among others. In these roles, they were involved in driving digital transformation, establishing quality assurance strategies and processes, managing customer relationships, delivering on KPIs, and leading teams. Manish also has experience in test automation, performance testing, and software development.

Manish Singh completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Kalyani Govt Engg College from 2003 to 2007. Prior to that, they attended Kalyani Central Model School from 1992 to 2002. In addition to their formal education, Manish has obtained several certifications from various institutions, including Microsoft, Scaled Agile, Inc., BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, AXELOS Global Best Practice, and Scrum.org. These certifications cover a range of topics such as Azure AI, Azure Fundamentals, Data Analysis, Agile, ISTQB Certified Tester, IT Service Management, Scrum, and Oracle Database Programming.
