Senior Staff Software Engineer at Nuvalence

Brandon White has over 25 years of experience in software engineering and product management. Brandon began their career in 1996 as an Engineering Manager at Glenayre Electronics, Inc., where they managed the development of the Versera ICE project. In 2004, they became an Engineering Manager at CipherTrust, where they directed the development of the IronMail appliance and peripheral software products. In 2005, they were promoted to Director of Engineering/Product Line Manager at IBM Internet Security Systems, where they directed the strategy, architecture and development activities of the Host Protection product line. In 2010, they joined Hitachi Communication Technologies America, Inc. as a Senior Product Manager, responsible for the product line management of the company's OSGi products. In 2017, they became a Java Technical Architect at Piksel Inc., where they led a team of engineers in the development and delivery of SaaS solutions for the online video space. In 2018, they were promoted to Director of Engineering at BetterCloud, leading the Core tribe of engineers and developing the BetterCloud Platform API. In 2020, they joined Verusen as a Principal Data Engineer, and in 2021 they were promoted to Senior Staff Software Engineer at Nuvalence.

Brandon White attended Texas A&M University from 1988 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science & Engineering.
