Brian Lawrence

Brian Lawrence is a Vice President, Associate General Counsel at Nuveen, a TIAA company. Prior to this role, Brian was a Corporate Counsel at Franklin Templeton Investments, an Associate at Alston & Bird LLP, and an Associate at Allen & Overy. Brian also has experience working as a Legal Extern at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, and as a Retirement Inside Sales Representative at Fidelity Investments. Brian holds a Juris Doctor degree from The George Washington University Law School and a B.A. in American Studies from Amherst College.
