Brian Tilton, CFA, has an extensive background in finance and real estate investment, currently serving as Managing Director and Portfolio Manager of the U.S. Cities Industrial Fund at Nuveen since April 2019. Previously, Brian worked as a Portfolio Manager for Real Estate Investments at CPP Investment Board from January 2014 to January 2019, and held positions at Almanac Realty Investors as an Associate and at Ventas, Inc. as Manager of Real Estate Investments. Brian's career began as an Equity Research Analyst at Robert W. Baird & Co., Inc. from June 2001 to August 2005. Educational credentials include an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BBA in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
