Christopher Miculis

Christopher Miculis is a seasoned professional in the real estate and asset management sector, currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Asset Management for Real Estate and Debt in the Americas at Nuveen since June 2019. Prior to this role, Christopher held the position of Vice President and Head of Asset Management for Commercial Real Estate Debt at AllianceBernstein from August 2016 to May 2019. Christopher's extensive experience also includes serving as Director of Real Estate at Structure Tone Equities, LLC, as well as Principal at ARC Global Partners and Vice President at iStar. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Economics from the University of Kentucky, earned between 1993 and 1997.
