Eric Parra currently serves in Multifamily Acquisitions and Dispositions at Nuveen, a TIAA company, since November 2025. Prior to this role, Eric worked at Hillwood as part of the Acquisitions & Development team at Hillwood West from January 2024 to November 2025. Eric's experience also includes a position in Capital Markets and Investment Sales at Colliers from December 2021 to January 2024, and a similar role at CBRE from June 2019 to December 2021. Eric began a career in finance at Green Street in Equity Sales and Trading during the summer of 2018. Eric holds a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Finance and a Bachelor's in Economics, both earned from Southern Methodist University between 2015 and 2019, following graduation from Mater Dei High School in 2015.
