Gabe Schultz

Gabe Schultz is a seasoned construction management professional with extensive experience in industrial development and project supervision. Currently serving as the Director of Industrial Development at Nuveen since December 2021, Gabe has held various leadership positions, including Senior Associate at the same company. Prior to Nuveen, Gabe worked at FCL Builders, LLC as Senior Project Superintendent, where significant projects included tornado damage relief efforts and large-scale distribution center rebuilds. Additional experience includes roles at ARCO National Construction Company, FCL Builders, ROOKER, New South Construction, and Kiewit, contributing to diverse projects such as foodservice distribution facilities, sound stages, and senior living communities. Gabe holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Georgia Southern University.
