John Sharp-Paul is currently the Managing Director of Fund Management for APAC at Nuveen Real Estate, a role they have held since 2025. Previously, they served as Senior Director at Nuveen from 2019 to 2025 and were the Head of Portfolio Management for Asia at TIAA Henderson Real Estate from 2012 to 2019. John began their career as a Fund Analyst at Henderson Global Investors from 2007 to 2012. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Melbourne and hold a CFA designation from the CFA Institute.
