Maddy Ward

Maddy Ward is an experienced professional in responsible investing and data solutions, currently serving as a Senior Analyst at Nuveen, a TIAA company, with a tenure starting in June 2021 that includes roles in both Data and Tech Solutions and Investment Strategy. Prior to this, Maddy held various rotational analyst positions at Nuveen and gained leadership experience as a Studio Lead at Design for America between 2018 and 2021. Maddy has also contributed as a Marketing Intern at The Clinician Exchange, a Digital Marketing Intern at Nuveen, and held several internships in operations, ad design, and human resources. With a Bachelor's degree in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University, along with a Segal Design Certificate and experience studying European Union Studies at Sciences Po, Maddy combines strong analytical capabilities with a creative approach to problem-solving.
