Martha Leiper

Martha Leiper is the Head of Insurance Advisory at Nuveen and has over 35 years of experience in investment and finance, including more than 15 years in executive roles. They previously held senior positions at USAA and Unum, where they managed substantial portfolios and led significant financial operations. Martha is a member of Extraordinary Women on Boards and the Board of Directors at National Life Group, focusing on strategic planning and financial oversight. They are committed to mentorship, professional development, and fostering inclusive leadership within the financial industry. Martha earned both a Bachelor's degree and an MBA from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
