Marti Burrows

Marti Burrows is a seasoned professional in asset management, currently serving as Managing Director and Head of US Housing Asset Management at Nuveen, a TIAA company, since August 2023. Prior to this role, Marti held the position of Managing Director at Greystar from August 2015 to August 2023. Experience also includes serving as Vice President of Asset Management at Prudential Real Estate Investors from February 2007 to August 2015, and holding various regional management positions at Alliance Residential Company, Colonial Properties Trust, Summit Properties, Gables Residential, and Lane Company from 1993 to 2007. Marti holds a degree from Transylvania University, completed in 1992.
